Terms and Conditions Lancr Offer


1. Who is eligible for the offer?

This offer is exclusively available to new customers referred through Lancr who, at the time of their application, are active as freelancers, either as sole proprietors or through a company.

For the purposes of this offer, a freelancer is defined as:
An independent professional who carries out time-limited assignments for one or more clients, without working under the authority of those clients as an employee would.

Where the activity is carried out through a company, at least one director or active partner must personally perform the majority of these assignments.

PIA reserves the right, in case of doubt, to determine whether an activity falls within this definition.

2. Benefit for sole proprietors

Freelancers operating as sole proprietors receive the first month free when taking out a PIA Go! subscription.

The offer applies to the following PIA Go! plans:

  • Relax;

  • Comfort;

  • ComfortMax.

From the second month onwards, the subscription will be charged at the applicable rate for the selected plan.

3. Application of the free month

The discount is automatically applied to the first full month of service.

The free month:

  • cannot be postponed or split;

  • cannot be transferred;

  • cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash;

  • does not create a new entitlement to a discount if the customer switches plans.

4. Changing plans

The customer may switch to another PIA Go! plan in accordance with the applicable general terms and conditions.

From the effective date of the change, the price, services and terms of the newly selected plan will apply. Changing plans does not extend the free period and does not entitle the customer to an additional free month.

General Provisions

5. New customers and registration via Lancr

The offer is exclusively available to new customers referred to PIA Go! or PIA Group through the designated Lancr channel.

The application must be correctly registered as a Lancr referral before the services commence. The offer cannot be applied afterwards or retroactively.

6. Restrictions

The offer:

  • may only be used once per sole proprietorship or company;

  • is non-transferable;

  • cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly agreed otherwise;

  • applies only to applications accepted by PIA Go! or the relevant PIA office.

The benefit for a sole proprietorship and the benefit for a company cannot be combined for the same customer or business activity.

7. Rates and taxes

After the free month, sole proprietors will be charged the applicable rates for their selected PIA Go! plan.

For companies, the rates and scope of services will be agreed separately with the relevant PIA office.

All stated rates are exclusive of VAT unless expressly indicated otherwise.

8. General terms and conditions

The services are also subject to the general terms and conditions of PIA Go! or the relevant PIA office.

In the event of any conflict, these specific promotional terms and conditions will prevail insofar as the promotional benefit is concerned.
