Who is PIA Go!?

PIA Go! was launched in 2025 by PIA Group. It was developed exclusively for Belgian sole proprietors: the platform, communication and way of working are tailored to people starting out, self-employed people with a secondary occupation and those whose self-employment is their main occupation.

How does PIA Go! work?

1. Choose your plan. Sign up online or schedule an introductory call first.

2. Introductory call. Need a little more help choosing the right plan, or do you still have questions? A PIA Go! colleague will be happy to explain how we work and help you choose the subscription that suits you best.

3. Upload your documents. Ready to get started? We will guide you through the formalities as efficiently as possible: mandates to sign, any previous accounting records to transfer, a bank account to link... The platform shows you what needs to be done step by step, and our customer success team is ready to help.

4. Manage your administration in the app. From the start, you can create quotes and invoices, scan receipts and track payments in the PIA Go! app or online platform. You make sure your accountant has all the information; we make that as easy as possible.

5. Your accountant does the rest. Your accountant and the team process your accounts, submit your VAT returns and annual client listing, and proactively monitor your social security contributions. With Comfort and ComfortMax, they also prepare your personal income tax return.

6. Ask your questions. By email, chat, phone or video.

7. Review your year. Every year, you receive a digital annual overview (Wrapped).

Plans and prices

At PIA Go!, you choose how much you hand over. In every plan, your accountant takes care of your accounts and VAT returns. You can always switch plans.

Whichever plan you choose, you always have access to these basic tools:

Additional services

Start-up Pack: €199 excluding VAT. Ready to become self-employed but have no time for the paperwork? We will arrange your registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE), your registration with the VAT authorities, and the selection of and affiliation with a social insurance fund. The cost of your enterprise number (€111.50) is not included.

Financial plan support: €360 excluding VAT. If you need a bank loan, the bank will ask for a financial plan for your sole proprietorship. We will help you draw up a clear overview of your costs, income and financial resources using a standard template. The price applies to a standard financial plan. If the size of your business or your investments require extra hours, we will let you know in advance and provide a quote.

At a digital accounting firm with one fixed approach, everything is processed for you, but you cannot choose how much support you receive. PIA Go! combines a digital platform with an accountant, and you choose how much you hand over.
