How does the application process work?
2. Application review
Our talent scouts carefully review your application. Are you the profile we’re looking for? Then we’ll invite you for a video interview.
3. Video interview
During your video interview with our talent scouts, you’ll get to know how we work and we’ll explore your skills and expectations.
4. Team lead interview
Did the interview go well? Then we’ll invite you for a new interview on location. This way, you’ll really get to know the team you’ll be joining and already get a feel for your potential new workplace.
5. Financial proposal
Is there a match? Then we’ll make you a financial proposal based on your expectations and the market.
6. Signing the contract
Everyone aligned? Then your contract will be prepared and signed, and together we can start counting down to your start date. Welcome to PIA Go!
